MEASUREMENTS AND TESTING
It is essential to perform conformity checking of mechanical parts with respect to required specifications. For this activity, in addition to the controls and measurements during the production phase, dimensional tests are carried out in an air-conditioned area using DEA measuring machines (measuring ranges 700 x 1000 x 700 and 1200 x 1500 x 1000) and a Mitutoyo profilometer.

TRAINING
One of our core principles is to engage all our business employees and to teach them new skills. Sharing goals, technological and regulatory updates, problem solving activities extended to various parts and business training meetings form the structure of a constantly updated training plan. We are strongly convinced that the growth of our processes depends directly on the progress of the people who make up the company. Each year we create a series of internal courses that encompass and provide more in-depth teaching of subjects.
